Make an Appointment by Telecalling

Get appointment on a single dial...



- Take a long breath and relaxed your body.
- Dial your desired phone number with full Confidence.
- Your call should be in Friendly and Positive way.
- State your Name, Position & Company name etc. (an eye introduction about you)
- Check & Confirm the Prospect has Time for talking.
- State the Reason for the call.
- Explain in short, why the prospect should meet you. (benefit to the prospect)
- Ask for a Time and Date for the meeting.
- Agree on that Time, Date and Venue.
- Identify, who should attend the meeting.
- Confirm the Amount of Time, taken by you. (only 15-20 minutes approx.)


- Handle any objections (if arise)
  ... Positively, Friendly, Professionaly, Beneficially and without loosing the confidence.


- Close the call successfully.....
  ... Leave your contact no. with proper address of your office (land mark also)


- Confirm the appointment (date, time & venue) before saying Bye. 
- Say Thanks for giving the time on phone and appointment.
- Wish him for the day.
